The Honor Yoga studio in Mansfield celebrated its one-year anniversary on Sept. 26. The day featured free classes, giveaways, refreshments, the chance to win free yoga mats, free yoga and a party.

Honor Yoga opened in Mansfield last year and offers more than 15 classes a week for beginner, power and restorative yoga, as well as therapeutic yoga for those recovering or living with illness or injury. Each month, the studio offers workshops for family yoga, restorative yoga, members-only events, and a beginners series, perfect for those looking to start their yoga journey. Additionally, Honor Yoga offers a teacher training programs, workplace wellness, and yoga retreats.

Honor Yoga opened its first of seven locations in Hamilton in March 2013. As Honor looked to expand, it was the dream of co-owner and studio manager, Shannon Cranmer, who was raised in Chesterfield, to open a yoga studio in her home community. She spent 15 years working as a massage therapist and energy healer before joining Honor.

Honor Yoga is located at 3224 Route 206, Columbus. For more information about Honor Yoga, visit honoryoga.com.
