Come to the Bordentown Branch Library to start off the new year, with a new you. Take a yoga class that is soft and gentle; perfect for beginners wanting a slower paced class, those who are very stiff or have minor injuries. This class is for those who want a comfortable, nurturing yoga experience with lots of stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation. Gently improves posture, balance, flexibility and strength. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies.
